Why am I still receiving payment reminder text messages after I have already made a payment at a convenience store?
It takes approximately 3–5 business days for the payment to be posted. Once the payment is posted, the payment information for that period will be cleared.
Reminder: Please remember to keep your payment receipt after making a payment. If there are any issues later, our customer service team can assist with the inquiry.
Can I settle my payments early?
Early settlement means paying off the remaining number of installments multiplied by the monthly payment amount in one lump sum.
